Add the service and choose the time that works for your schedule. Pay a $50 reservation fee for each of the service (that will go towards your final bill).

Confirm Booking

Our team will review your booking and confirm time and location will work for our techs. Once confirmed, you'll get a booking email.

Step 4

Repair & Enjoy

Our techs will come, complete your repair work and a final invoice will be due at the end of the job.

Wax Ring Toilet Replacement. Remount, level and bolt down unit snugly. Verify "rock free" operation. Does not include modifications or repairs needed. Includes Labor and materials.

Toilet Tank Rebuild

Toilet problems with leaking around the tank, the flush level is malfunctioning or the toilet continues running, your toilet needs to be rebuilt. We rebuild the parts within the toilet tank. Includes Labor and materials*. *Does not include wax seal

Bathroom Fan R&R

Remove and replace 1 bathroom fan using standard techniques with client supplied fan. For homes built in 1960 or later.
